4 T Butter
12 beaten Eggs
1 1/4 C Milk
1 t Salt
8 oz cream cheese

Options: green onions, mushrooms, green peppers, ham, bacon, sausage, sliced pimientos.

Beat eggs and add 4 ingredients. May add any of the options. The more the better.

Spray 9 x13 dish with an oil.. Cook at 350 degrees uncovered for 15 minutes. Stir mixture. Continue baking 10-15 minutes.

This dish cooks well and is light and fluffy. Serve while hot.

Time comes from preparing veggies you are adding. If you use bacon, ham or sausage,
precook and add as desired. This is a recipe that has been used for many brunches. May be served with salsa on the side. If meat is used, makes a wonderful breakfast burrito.
