1 9" Deep Dish Pie Shell - baked
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
3 T. corn starch
1/2 c. sugar

Cheese topping:
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Stir corn starch and sugar in sauce pan. Add juice from
pineapple and stir until smooth, then add pineapple. Cook until
thick. Pour into baked pie shell.

Mix topping ingredients with beater until smooth. Pour over
pineapple and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until light
brown.
