1# sausage
1 small chopped onion
1/2 green pepper chopped
6 oz. mozzarella cheese shredded
6 oz. cheddar cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1 9" deep dish pie shell - baked 10 minutes at 400 deg.
Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage until almost done. Add onion and peppers and
continue to cook until all is done. Drain. Layer 1/2 meat then 1/2
cheese, then repeat. Top with eggs.

Bake on 375 degrees. Bake 20 - 25 minutes until top pie is
brown.
