1/2 Lb fish per person, salt, pepper, Cavender's Greek Seasoning, lemon, mayonnaise

Make electric oven ready so that surface of fish is within (2) two inches of element, season fish to taste then thoroughly grease top with mayonnaise, & place on broiler pan and place in oven with red hot element, stand over & do not close door, within (3) three minutes all mayo is melted and fish has begun to whiten, carefully remove and turn over & repeat procedure for a shorter time - then you guessed it -- Rush to the table and eat while hot!!!

I'm sure this would work about the same with gas, I've just never tried it. As noted earlier DO NOT OVERCOOK!!!!!!!!
