1 C Milk
1/2 C Oatmeal (old fashion)
1/4 C Water

Options: Applesauce
Cinnamon; Raisins; Peaches; Blueberries; Strawberries; Sunflower seeds; nuts of any kind

Boil milk, water and oatmeal for a couple of minutes. Add as many of the above ingredients. To get a really good chew, always add some kind of nuts with as many of the other items.

A very healthy dish. Quite tasty and you do not even know you are eating oatmeal. I use many of the listed items. I use sunflower seeds that are honey roasted. Fills you up for hours. As usual I do not measure anything.... I just pour in the dish. Another wonderful, tasty made up dish by me.
