3/4 cup Mayonaise
4-5 T lemon juice
3/4 cup Olive Oil
3 T Greek salad dressing (in the spices section)
16 oz pasta
1 lb cooked and shredded chicken
Parmesean cheese (fresh is better)

Directions:

Add all ingredients (except the Parmesean cheese), cover and refrigerate. Best if it sits overnight. Add Parmesean right before serving

I like to make this when I have leftover chicken and not sure what to do with it. You can substitute shrimp for the chicken and that is yummy too.
