14 oz. elbow noodles (3 1/2 cups uncooked)
2 - 12 oz. cans of evaporated milk
1 stick of butter
6 eggs
6 cups of cheddar cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the noodles and set aside.

Heat evaporated milk and butter together until the butter melts.

Temper the eggs them with the milk/butter mixture. (Temper means to SLOWLY add the warm mixture to the cold mixture - doing the reverse will cook your eggs - yuck!)

Add everything together in the crock pot and cook for three hours - do not peek.
