1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. flour

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, oatmeal, brown sugar & flour to crumb. Pat in 11 X 7 pan. Reserve 1 c. for top. Cover w/ 4 1/2 c. rhubarb. Mix sugar, water & cornstarch in a pan. Cook on stove until thick. Pour over rhubarb. Pat remaining crumbs on top. Bake at 350º until bubbly and brown for 45-60 minutes. Serve with ice cream.
