Crust:
1 c. butter
2 c. flour
4 tsp sugar

Mix until crumbly - pat in 9X13 pan. Bake @ 350º - 10 minutes.

Middle:
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
7 TBS flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 c. cream

Beat until blended. Mix in 5 cups of rhubarb. Pour over crust. Bake for approx 1 hour.

COOL!!

Topping:
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 c. cool whip

Mix together. Spread over top. Cool overnight in refrig.
