1 1/4 lbs. ground beef
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce with mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
1 (8 oz.) package refrigerated crescent rolls
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 cups shredded monterey jack or cheddar cheese
paprika

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º. Brown ground beef and onion in large pan. Drain fat. Stir in tomato sauce, beans and salt (to taste). Simmer while preparing crust.

Separate crescent dough in to 8 triangles. Place triangles in ungreased 9 x 13 cake pan; press over bottom and up sides to form crusts. Spoon hot meat mixture onto crust. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. For easier serving, let stand 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.
