2-3.5 ounce pkgs instant French vanilla pudding mix
1 cup half & half
1 cup cold milk

Puffs:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup all purpose flour
4 eggs (room temperature)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Beat pudding mixes, half & half and cold milk until mixed well. Set in fridge until ready for filling.

In large saucepan bring water and butter to a rolling boil. Stir in flour and salt, stirring until mixture forms a ball. Transfer the dough into a large mixing bowl. Using a mixer, beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each egg. Drop dough by tablespoons onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, centers should be dry. When shells cool, either split and fill them with pudding mix, or use a pastry bag to pipe the pudding into the shells.

Drizzle with melted chocolate over puffs to garnish
