2 c. mini marshmallows
2 c. diced apples
3 c. sliced bananas
3 c. diced oranges
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 quart cranberries
1 packet Knox unflavored gelatin

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 1 cup water & 2 cups sugar with 1 quart cranberries until they begin to burst. Remove from heat for 10 min. and cover. Add 1 packet Knox gelatin (prepared according to directions) and cook over medium heat for 5 more minutes.

Chill completely and add rest of ingredients. Great for holiday meals!

Great fruit salad and a very tasty way to use cranberries at the holidays. This came from Jane Aulabaugh, John's paternal grandmother.
