1 lb. ground beef
1`/2 small onion, chopped
7 oz. spaghetti
1 c. milk
1 (30 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 egg
3 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
3 oz. pepperoni

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and chopped onion. Drain. Cook spaghetti according to directions. Drain. Place cooked spaghetti in greased 9x13 in. baking pan. Whip egg with milk and pour over spaghetti. Spread ground beef over this. Pour sauce over meat. Add cheese and top with pepperoni. Cover with foil and bake at 350º for one hour. Remove foil 10 minutes at end to allow cheese to brown slightly. Allow to rest a few minutes before serving.
This is a favorite dish at pot lucks and funerals.
