1/2 c. wild rice
1 lb. chicken, already cooked
3/4 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion chopped
1/3 c. green pepper, diced
2 (14 oz.) cans chicken broth
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:

Rinse rice and cook until done. Drain and set aside. Sauté vegetables in a small amount of butter. Combine all ingredients into a large kettle or crock pot. Cook over low heat for 1 hour or longer if needed.
