Best Damn Navy Bean Soup You Ever Had

Clean and wash 1 pound navy beans
1 Smoked Ham Hock
1 medium onion chopped
2 stalks of cerely
2 medium carrots
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
Chicken Stock
Salt and pepper to taste.







Directions:
Directions:
Clean and soak your beans overnight.
Heat your pot to medium heat. Add oil and vegatables.Cook you vegatables until tender.
Add you beans and cover with chicken stock.
Cook at med/simmer until tender
Add Ham hock during last hour of cooking.
Serve with Pappa Cornbread
