1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can corn, drained
1/2 (32 oz.) package tater-tots

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Brown ground beef with onions. Drain and season with salt and pepper. In 2 qt. casserole dish, mix soup, corn, milk, beef mixture, and 1 c. cheese. Top with tater-tots and sprinkle remaining 1/2 c. cheese over top. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until tater-tots are done.
