1 (6 oz.) Keebler graham cracker pie crust
2 c. sliced fresh strawberries
1 (4 serving) package JELL-O sugar-free vanilla cook and serve pudding mix
1 (4 serving) package JELL-O sugar-free strawberry gelatin
1 1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, combine dry pudding mix, dry gelatin, and water. Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens and starts to boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir sliced strawberries into hot glaze mixture, and pour into pie crust. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Cut into 8 pieces

145 calories, 6 gr. fat, 2 gr. protein, 21 gr. carbohydrate, 247 mg. sodium, 2 gr. fiber
Diabetic - 1 starch, 1 fruit, 1 fat
