1 head Nappa cabbage, chopped
1 bunch green onion, chopped
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles(not seasoning pkt)
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup veg. oil
2/3 cup sugar
2 tblsp. soy sause
1/4 cup vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
mix chopped cabbage and onions. Break up the noodles into small pieces and saute in butter for a few minutes until crispy. Cool
Mix oil, sugar,vinegar & soy sause until sugar is disolved. When ready to serve mix crunchy noodles with cabbage mixture and then pour dressing over and mix.
