3 lb Lean Hamburger
2 Eggs
1 c Milk
4 T Onion, chopped
4 T Green Pepper, chopped
1 t Black Pepper
2 t salt
2 t Chili Powder
1 T Dry Mustard
1/2 c Cornmeal
1 md Onion, sliced
1 lg can Stewed Tomatoes
4 T Sugar
4 T Flour
2 t Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 9 ingredients together and shape into balls. Roll in flour and brown in a little oil. Place in crock pot or a deep casserole dish. In the same pan used for browning the meatballs, brown 1 medium onion sliced; then stir in 4-6 tablespoons flour. Add 1 large can of stewed tomatoes and 4-6 tablespoons sugar. Use all the juice from the
tomatoes. Bake in a covered dish 40 minutes at 425 degrees.
