Pork Spare Ribs (3 ribs per person)
Garlic Salt
Pepper
Cinnamon
1 large onion -sliced
1 lemon sliced or wedged
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. Ketchup
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Season meat with garlic salt, pepper and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Brown ribs in skillet (use light oil or cooking spray). Set aside in a pan or skillet layered as Spare Ribs, onion, lemon and repeat if necessary (if doubled recipe). Mix Ketchup, water, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar and pour over meat in pan or skillet. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Check periodically to make sure the sauce is not drying out... if needed, gradually add a 1/2 cup of water. Recipe should have a generous amount of sauce.

Serve over mashed potatoes or rice... Delicious!
