1 bottle of Claret (1/5 size)
1 bottle of sherry
1 bottle of Puerto Rican Rum
1 bottle of bourbon
2 tbsp. bitters
1 c. sugar
Juice from 6 lemons
1 quart sparkling water

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve sugar and bitters in lemon juice. Add wine, rum, bourbon and mix well. Pour into large punch bowl over ice block. Add soda water and stir until chilled and blended. Serves approximately 40 cups!
