1/2 cup chopped Jalapenos
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2-1 cup taco sauce
6 pork chops
chili powder
black pepper
mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
prepare each pork chop by seasoning to taste with chili powder, black pepper, and mustard seed. cook on stove top with jalapenos and onions in pan. Flip pork chops every 5-7 minutes. When cooked pour taco sauce on both sides and cook for about two minutes. Take off heat and serve with jalapenos and onions on top. Careful! it could get spicy!
