1/4 c Brown Sugar, Packed
1/4 c Flour
2 T Peanut Butter
1 T Butter, Melted
1/2 t Cinnamon

1/3 c Shortening
1/2 c Sugar
1 t Vanilla
1 Egg
1 1/4 c Flour
1/2 t Baking Powder
1/2 t Salt
1/2 c Milk

Preheat oven to 375. Place 12 paper bake cups in muffin tin. In small bowl mix together first 5 ingredients until "crumbly". Set mixture aside.
Mix shortening, sugar & vanilla until fluffy and creamy. Add egg, beat well. Set aside.
Sift together flour, baking powder & salt. Add flour mix to creamed mix alternately with milk. Beat well after each addition. Fill paper bake cups full with mix. Sprinkle peanut butter topping over. Bake 20
