3 tablespoons margarine or butter
½ cup cornflakes, crushed into crumbs
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 pound pork cutlets about ½ inch thick
1 egg + a little milk

Sauce
1 - 8 ounce can tomato sauce
½ teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
½ teaspoon sugar
dash onion salt

4 thin slices of mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine or butter in baking dish while oven
is heating (to 400°). Combine cornflake crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt and dash of pepper in flat container. In another bowl combine egg and a little milk. Place a cutlet into egg mixture, coating both sides, then into the dry mixture, again coating both sides. Repeat for all cutlets. Place in baking pan in one layer and bake for 20 minutes. Turn meat and bake for another 20 minutes. Prepare sauce while meat bakes.

Sauce
Combine tomato sauce, oregano, sugar, and onion salt in sauce pan. Bring to boil and simmer while meat cooks. When meat is done, pour sauce evenly over meat and place mozzarella on top to each cutlet. Return to oven to melt cheese.
