2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. eggnog
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. rum extract
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease bottom of bread pan. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, eggnog, rum extract and vanilla. Blend well, then stir in flour, baking powder, and nutmeg. Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool bread completely before slicing.
