1 (9") ready-made pie crust, unbaked
4 c. quartered, peeled peaches (approx 8-10 peaches)
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 tbsp. whipping cream
1 egg

1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened

Preheat oven to 425. Press pie crust in pie plate. Place peaches in pie crust. Mix granulated sugar and 1/2 tsp. nutmeg; sprinkle over peaches. In small bowl, beat whipped cream and egg with whisk until blended; pour over peaches. In another small bowl, mix topping ingredients with fork until crumbly; sprinkle over peaches. Cover edge of pastry with 2-3 inch wide strips of foil to prevent excessive browning. Remove foil during last 15 minutes of baking. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until top is golden brown. Cool for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
