2 sticks (1 cup) butter, softened
1 jar (7 or 7 1/2 oz.) marshmallow cream
2 cups confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Beat all ingredients in a large bowl with mixer on low speed until blended. Increase speed to high; beat 2 minutes, or until smooth and fluffy. Makes about 3 cups.
