2 Flour Tortillas
1/2 Cup Shreded Cheese

Heat one tortilla in nonstick pan. Once warm sprinkle cheese over tortilla and cover with second tortilla. Let warm, then flip. Allow to warm untill cheese is melted and tortillas are golden. Serve with Spanish Rice.
