ham butt or sholder from grocery store
brown sugar
pineapple
butter

Directions:
Directions:
skin ham and cut off excess fat.place on wide tinfoil on broiler pan.with enough extra foil to completely wrap. melt 1 stick margarine pour over ham. position sliced pineapple over ham secure with toothpicks.sprinkle brown sugar (about 1/2 cup) over ham and pineapple. wrap foil secure so that juices stay in. cook for 30 min at 450* reduce heat to 350* and cook 30 min per lb
