1 Pie Crust, Baked
1 1/4 c Sugar
4 T Cornstarch
1/2 t Salt
1 1/2 c Warm Water
3 Egg Yolks, Beaten
1 T Orange Zest
1/2 c Orange Juice
2 T Butter
3 Egg Whites, Beaten Stiff
6 T Sugar
1/4 t Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 1/4 cup sugar, cornstarch, 1/2 teaspoon salt, warm water, egg
yolks, orange zest, juice and butter. Cook 8 to 10 minutes until thick
and clear, stirring constantly. Cool and place in pie crust. Top with meringue made with remaining ingredients. Spread over pie making sure to cover to pie crust. Bake at 425° about 4 minutes until top is slightly browned.
