1 Box Betty Crocker Instant Mashed Potatoes (any flavor) or leftover mashed potatoes
1 can tomato soup or tomato sauce
1 can green beans, drained
1 lb. hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
paprika (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
If using Betty Crocker mashed potatoes, make according to package directions, then set aside. Brown hamburger and onion and drain. Put hamburger mixture in a 9 x 9". pan or a medium casserole dish. Cover hamburger with green beans. Pour tomato soup or sauce over the green beans. Cover with the mashed potatoes. Can sprinkle paprika over the mashed potatoes for color. (You could substitute a can of corn for the green beans.) Bake at 350º F for about 30 minutes.
