1 1/2 cups sugar
6 heaping tbsp cocoa
4 cups water
1 1/2 quarts milk
*marshmallows (opt)

mix together sugar and cocoa in 4 quart pot. add water stir over med-high heat until comes to boil .add milk ,heat just until hot, take from heat add marshmallows (opt)
