1 C uncooked rice
2 C. Water
Bring to a boil and simmer 23-30 minutes
3 Eggs beaten
2 C milk
1/2 C sugar
1 t vanilla
1/2 t salt
1/3 C raisins
1 pinch nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Combine beaten eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Bake uncovered 30 minutes, stir & sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake 30 minutes more or until a knife comes out clean when inserted in the center of the dish.
