2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 tablespoon baking powder

1 1/2 cups sugar
Sugar Mixture:
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup butter flavored shortening
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Directions:
Mix up dough ingredients. Roll dough into balls and roll in sugar mixture. Bake at 400º for about 8 minutes. Be careful not to overcook! Makes about 4 dozen.
