Layer 1:
1 stick margarine
1 c flour
1/2 c chopped pecans

Layer 2:
8 ounce cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar
1/2 large carton Cool Whip

Layer 3:
2 package instant pudding
3 c milk

Layer 4:
1/2 large carton Cool Whip
Chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1st layer ingredients and spread in glass 9x13 dish. Bake at 375º until lightly browned. Cool 15 minutes.

Combine 2nd layer ingredients and spread on cooled crust. Do the same for 3rd layer. Then spread Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with nuts.
