Cook a batch of regular rice the day ahead or use leftover rice. 1 c. of dry rice to 2 c. water. It's better if its dried out a bit.
5 slices of diced bacon
3 - 4 eggs, beaten
3 - 4 green onions, tops and all
Leftover ham, pork, or beef chopped into small pieces
soy sauce
frozen peas

Fry the bacon. Remove the bacon and turn down the heat. Pour the beaten eggs into the bacon drippings. Add the rice and the onions and mix altogether. Add the bacon and any leftover meat. Add soy sauce and brown as you like. I add frozen peas and cook on low for 15 to 20 minutes.
