6 oz Spaghetti Noodles
2 T Margarine
1/3 c Parmesan Cheese, grated
2 Eggs, well beaten
1 c Cottage Cheese
1 lb Ground Meat
1/2 c Onion, chopped
1/4 c Green Pepper, chopped
1 can Tomatoes, cut up, not drained
1 can Tomato Paste
1 t Sugar
1 t Dried Oregano, crushed
1/2 t Garlic Salt
1/2 c Mozzarella Cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the spaghetti according to package directions; drain (should have
approximately 3 cups). Stir margarine into hot spaghetti, stir in
Parmesan cheese and eggs. Form spaghetti mix into "crust" in a buttered
10" pie plate. Spread cottage cheese over bottom of spaghetti crust. In
a skillet cook meat, onion, green pepper until meat is brown and
vegetables are tender. Drain off excess fat. Stir in UNDRAINED tomatoes,
tomato paste, sugar, oregano, and garlic salt. Heat thoroughly. Turn
meat mixture into "crust". Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle on cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.

I double and bake in a 9x13 pan, making the crust only on the bottom.
