1 1/2 lbs. (3 cups) Dry Navy Beans
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 c Ketchup
1 c Brown Sugar
1 c Water
2 t Dry Mustard
2 T Dark Molasses
1 T Salt
1/4 lb Salt Pork Or Bacon, ground or diced

Directions:
Directions:
Soak beans overnight or boil one minute and let set one hour. Drain
water. Add fresh water and cook until tender. Drain and put into crock-pot. Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover and cook on low 10
to 12 hours. (High 4 to 6 hours, stirring occasionally.) Beans should
be soft before mixing with sugar or molasses.
