1 lb very soft butter
1 c sugar
2 tsp vanilla
3 1/4 c flour
1 1/4 c crushed potato chips

Optional to add:
mini chocolate chips
Peanut butter chips
Coconut
Raisins
Walnuts

Directions:

Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla together really good. Add flour. Fold in potato chips.

Mix ingredients. Drop by teaspoonful on cookie sheet and bake at 375º for 8-10 minutes

I have used margarine the last four times and think they are just as good. Don't crush the potato chips too much. I usually just run the rolling pin over them a couple or 3 times.
