1/2 lb. bacon
2 medium onions
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 kinds of beans: lima, butter, kidney and northern ( any kind of beans work, I often use 1 can of pork and beans, black beans, red beans and butter or lima beans)

Rinse the beans. Cut up the bacon and fry with the onions. Add the vinegar, brown sugar, dry mustard, and garlic powder. Pour over the beans. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350º F.
