Golden Parmesan Potatoes Recipe

1/3 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
3/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
6 large potatoes, cut in wedges

Melt butter in a cookie sheet. You can peel the
potatoes or scrub them and leave the peels
on. It is your choice. Put potato wedges in
water. Mix dry ingredients in a plastic bag.
Shake excess water off potatoes and shake in
flour mixture. Place in pan of melted butter and
bake at 375 for one hour. Turn the potatoes
once during cooking.
