3 TBS olive oil
4 cloves minced garlic
2 large Vidalia onions
4 28 oz. cans tomato sauce
3 TBS granulated sugar
3 TBS brown sugar
2 TBS grated lemon peel
¼ cup chili powder
½ cup Dijon mustard
2 TBS paprika
3 TBS molasses
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
1 cup red wine vinegar
Juice of 2 lemons

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic and chopped onions in olive oil until onions are transparent. Add rest of ingredients, bring to a boil and then simmer for 15 minutes. Makes about a gallon of sauce.
