Personal Notes:
Stacy Cotton received recipe cards at her wedding shower about four years ago. A number of them came from family members. This is one of the eight recipes that she has shared.

Diddy submitted a similar recipe called "Arizona Salad" that calls for Hellmann's, 1/4 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons vinegar. Mix dressing and let stand overnight in the frig. Mix salad just before serving. Hers does not include the sunflower seeds or the onion. Try either or both or these for a nice side dish.
