1 Large Banana
½ Cup Vegetable oil
¾ Cup Granulated Sugar
2 eggs at room temperature
1 ½ Cup Flour
1-teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon grated nutmeg
¼ teaspoon ground allspice
¼ teaspoon cloves
¾ Cup sour cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
For glaze
1 Cup Confectioners’ sugar
1-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray.
With fork, mash the banana in bowl. Set aside
With electric mixer, mix the oil and sugar. Add the eggs, 1 at a time, beating to blend well after each addition.
Sift together the flour, baking soda, nutmeg, allspice and cloves. Add to the oil mixture and stir to combine well.
Add the sour cream, banana, and vanilla and mix just enough to blend. Pour into the prepared pan.
Bake until the top springs back when touched lightly. 45 to 50 minutes before unmolding.
For the glaze, combine the confectioners’ sugar and lemon juice then stir until smooth.
To glaze place the cooled loaf on a rack set over a baking sheet. Pour the glaze over the top of the bread and allow to set.
