5 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt, then blend in
4 T. crisco and add a little over
1 cup milk

*Make sure to work your crisco into your dry ingredients before adding the milk. Don't handle too much and grease your cookie sheet - Bake at 425º until lightly brown on top.
