Ingredients:  
Vegetable oil...enough for 2 -3 inches in deep fryer.
1 c. Flour.
1 Egg.
3/4 c.Milk.
1 tsp. Baking powder.
2/3 c. Confection sugar and 2 T. cinnamon, to coat.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except oil, sugar and cinnamon.

Refrigerate for 1 hour until thickened.

Heat oil to 350 º

Use fingers to drop batter into oil. Cook for 2-3 minutes...untill golden color.

Remove and drain on paper towel.

While still hot, roll in sugar/cinnamon mix.

Enjoy while still warm.
