1 pork tenderloin
2 large sweet potatoes chopped
6 oz of dried cranberries
1 small package of walnuts
1 McCormick Original Pork Bag N' Season
3/4 c. brown sugar
24 oz Dr. Pepper
1 tbsp. of cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Turn Crock pot to high, add half the Dr. Pepper, brown sugar and cinnamon. Shake pork loin in seasoning. Sear Tenderloin in skillet for about two minutes on each side, I usually cut mine into long pieces so it cooks faster and fits better in the crock pot. Add cranberries, sweet potatoes, tenderloin, walnuts and remainder of Dr. Pepper to crock pot. Cook on high for about 3-4 hours.
