2 -Large cans (9.75oz) white chunk chicken breast
8oz can crushed pineapple
1/2 a green apple chopped
1/2 c. of sliced almonds
3/4 c. of mayo

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the chicken very well,( i use a strainer with a paper towel), place in large bowl. With fork break up or shred the chunks of chicken. Next drain the the pineapple (same method). Then add drained pineapple, almonds, chopped apple, and mayo. Mix and serve!

This is a short cut recipe, it is great on a bed of lettuce, or for sandwiches and will also keep a long time in the fridge. This is one of my husband's favorites to take to work for lunch.
