2 lb Ground Beef
1 lb Cheese
Onions

2 c Lukewarm Water
1 lb Margarine, melted & cooled
1/2 c Sugar
1 t Salt
4 c Flour
2 T Yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dough: Place lukewarm water in large mixing bowl. Add yeast, sugar
and salt. When margarine has cooled add it also. Add flour 1 or 2 cups
at a time until dough is not sticky anymore.

Brown ground beef and season to taste. Grate cheese, chop onions.

Roll a small piece of dough into a circle and place some ground beef,
cheese and onion in the middle. Fold the dough over and crimp edges.
Put finished empanada on cookie sheet and continue until dough and
filling is used up.

Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
