32 oz. frozen Oreida Hash Browns thawed
3/4 c. melted butter
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped sauteed onion
1 1/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
Topping: 1/4 c butter
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Mix melted butter & crushed Ritz crackers and spread on top. Bake 350 º for 50 minutes uncovered.
